How do I customize the mother-of-pearl engraving or hand-carved texture?

Contact our customer service and share your desired pattern or image. We’ll have our design team create a CAD preview for your confirmation. Once approved, we’ll begin production. Custom engraving typically takes 5-7 business days. Carving can follow the styles shown or be tailored to your request — feel free to email us at support@brilliantcts.com for details.

Can I choose a different texture or carving style for a retro look?

Yes! We offer fully customizable hand-carved textures that give the ring a more retro, artistic feel. Share your idea or reference, and we’ll work with you to bring it to life.

What material is the ring made from? Can I customize it?

Our standard ring is made of 925 sterling silver, but we can also customize it in 10K, 14K, or 18K gold upon request.

What is the stone inlaid around the ring? Can it be changed?

By default, the ring features brilliant Moissanite, known for its eco-conscious sparkle. However, we also offer upgrades to lab grown, natural, or other gemstones. Just let us know your preference when placing the order.

How long does the customization take?

Standard customization (letter + carving) takes 7-10 business days. More complex personalization may take a bit longer. Our customer service team will guide you through the timeline.

How do I place a fully custom order?
