Day Re-sizingPolicy:

The 30-day policy begins when an order is received by a customer.
BrilliantCarats Jewelry is able to provide re-sizing for most rings. but it will be best if you could get the correct ring size because re-sizing a ring will hurt the ring's durability one way or another. We recommend confirming your ring size to minimize modifications. However, we do offer free re-sizing on each ring if the ring size difference is within 1 size (that is, we can only go up to 1 size larger or smaller). We are unfortunately unable to provide re-sizing for the below rings:
    • Grooved and faceted bands
    • Eternity rings
    • Rings with alternative metals (i.e. tantalum, platinum or gold filled)
    • Rings altered by another jeweler
Outside of the 30-Day Complimentary Re-sizing period, we are more than happy to resize your ring at any point during the lifetime of its wear. This service is currently priced between $80 and $95 USD for the materials and work of our in-house bench jewelers. Please contact service@brilliantcarats.com for more information.
