  • Standard Shipping: Free (USPS)
  • Express Shipping (3-4 Days): $20 (USPS)

International (242 countries):

  • Standard Shipping (8-15 Days): $20 (USPS)
  • Express Shipping (3-8 Days): $70 (USPS)

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your items are fulfilled. To monitor your order status, please provide both your account email and order number, or contact us at support@brilliantcarats.com.

Note: Shipping times may be affected by public holidays, destination countries (especially outside the USA or Canada), adverse weather conditions, and international couriers.

Order:

  • Order Processing: Within 48 hours of receiving your order, we will begin the order confirmation and production process. If you need to change your order information, please notify us by email within 48 hours of purchase. If no changes are made, we will assume the default order information is correct.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Currently, the expected delivery time from your purchase to receipt is 3 to 5 weeks. During holiday seasons or high order volumes, production time may be extended.
  • Rush Order Processing: If you purchase Rush Order and Priority Shipping, your package will arrive 4-6 days earlier than the normal delivery time. Please contact us via email beforehand to verify if your expected delivery date can be achieved.
