Cancellations, Returns & Warranty Policy

At BRLIIANT CARATS, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality handmade jewelry. Each piece is crafted with care and precision, made to order just for you. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we’ve outlined our cancellation, return, and warranty policies below to ensure a smooth experience.

We offer a 45-day return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction with our handcrafted jewelry.

Cancellations

1. Cancel within 48 hours of purchase:

   If you change your mind within 48 hours of placing your order, you are eligible for a full refund. During this time, we will confirm your order but will not yet begin production.

2. Cancel after 48 hours of purchase:

   After 48 hours, production will have already begun. If you request a cancellation at this stage, a 30% restocking and craftsmanship fee will be deducted from your refund. Rush order and shipping fees (if applicable) will be refunded in full.

Return Conditions

Returns must be in original, unworn condition without signs of wear, scratches, or damage. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Eligible Returns:

Quality issues: Major defects in metal or craftsmanship, such as broken prongs, loose stones, or significant discrepancies from the ordered product.

Non-quality issues: Personal preferences such as dissatisfaction with stone color, shape, or size do not qualify as quality issues.

Returns due to consumer preference require the customer to cover return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

l  Customized products: Engraved items, custom designs, or modified products.

l  Products damaged due to misuse.

l  Orders shipped outside the U.S. and Canada.

l  Items that have been repaired or altered.

l  Items are on sale.

Return Process

1.Contact our customer service for a return request and receive a return address.

2.Ship the item back and provide the tracking number.

Once we receive and inspect the product, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Exchanges

We offer a 30-day exchange policy.

Before Receiving the Product:

Free resizing (within 1 size), engraving, or replacing the center stone with the same price.

Material changes: $100 per modification.

Center stone upgrades: Price difference + $100 service fee.

Changing to a different simple ring design: $200 service fee (complex designs require a custom quote).

After Receiving the Product:

For quality issues: We cover all costs if reported within 3 days.

For personal reasons: A 30% exchange fee applies.

Exchange process: The exchange fee must be paid first, and the original item must be returned before the new product is created.

Warranty

We provide a 1-year free warranty covering manufacturing defects such as:

Loose stones, broken prongs, or stone detachment.

Free resizing within 90 days (limited to 1 size up or down).

Exclusions:

Discoloration from chemicals, pools, lotions, or daily wear.

Loss or theft of the jewelry.

Wear-and-tear damage, including bent prongs or scratched metal.

Third-party modifications or repairs.

Natural variations in gemstones, which add to their uniqueness.

- Your order number.

- A detailed description of the issue.

- Clear photos or videos of the defect.

Resizing

We offer 90 days of free resizing (up to 1 size up or down). If resizing beyond 1 size, a 30% remake fee applies. Rings that cannot be resized include:

Full pave settings

950 Platinum rings

Rings requiring resizing beyond 1 size

Important Notes

- All items are made to order, and production begins 48 hours after purchase.

- If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
